Requesting an order review

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is another order issue, contact Nook Nutrition at primedollarllc@gmail.com or +1 628-219-9754. Include the order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photographs when available.

Return authorization

Do not send an item back until support provides written return instructions. Nook Nutrition does not currently publish an automatic return window, a prepaid-return commitment, or a general money-back guarantee. Requests are reviewed using the order record, the reported condition, and rights that apply under law. Any approved remedy and any return instructions will be communicated in writing.

Return shipping and address

Do not incur return-shipping costs without written instructions. The public business address at 118 Greenpoint Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11222, United States is not designated as a return address.

Approved refunds

If a refund is approved and processed, it is sent through the original payment method where available. The payment provider or financial institution controls the time required for the credit to appear.

This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
