Order issues

If you need help with a previous order, use the Nook Nutrition contact form and include the order number and a description of the issue. Relevant photographs may be requested when an item is reported as damaged or incorrect.

Return authorization

Do not send an item until written return instructions are provided. Nook Nutrition does not publish a general money-back guarantee, an automatic return window, or a prepaid-return commitment at this time. Any approved remedy and return instructions will be communicated in writing.

Approved refunds

If a refund is approved and processed, it will be sent through the original payment method where available. The payment provider or financial institution controls when the credit appears.
