Store terms

These Terms apply when you access or use the Nook Nutrition website. Nook Nutrition is an online wellness store offering dietary supplements and nutritional products. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate information when submitting forms or placing an order.

Products and wellness information

Product pages present the information currently supplied for each item. Always review the product label, ingredient list, directions, and warnings. Dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease, and website content is not medical advice.

Prices, taxes, and shipping

Store prices and shipping charges are displayed in BRL. Taxes are included in listed product prices. Shipping to a United States address is currently listed at R$97.00 BRL. The product price, shipping charge, and order total shown before submission control the order presented to you.

Orders and acceptance

Adding an item to a cart does not guarantee that an order can be accepted. An order is accepted only after checkout permits submission and the store issues an order confirmation. Nook Nutrition may decline or cancel an order where payment is not authorized, information is inaccurate, an item is unavailable, or applicable law requires it. If a payment has been captured for a canceled order, the appropriate reversal or refund will be initiated through the payment method.

Accounts and site use

You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the content in a way that infringes another person's rights.
